Our Account Executives and Managers will work with you to suggest the appropriate solutions for your specific needs. Following are the types of contracts that we can administer: 

Retained:

Priority:

This is our top priority.  This plan is for an urgent situation, or for a sensitive case in which confidentiality is paramount.  We serve as your company’s direct recruiting resource with a dedicated project team assigned exclusively to your search until it is completed.  The terms and conditions of retained search are:

  • The service charge is 25% of the estimated first year’s compensation including base salary, bonuses, and commissions.

  • 1/3 of the fee will be due upon signing of the contract

  • 1/3 of the fee will be due upon presentation of the short list of candidates

  • 1/3 of the fee will be due 30 days following presentation of candidates

  • Our replacement guarantee will be for 90 days and all candidates recruited will be exclusively presented to your company.

Priority search is best utilized for your positions that must be filled in a timely period and require thorough, professional representation in the marketplace.  A project team will work with you until the position is filled.  The terms and conditions of priority search are:

  • The service charge is 27.5% of the estimated first year’s compensation including base salary, bonuses, and commissions.

  • 1/3 will be due upon signing of the contract (100% refundable)

  • 2/3 will be due upon fulfillment of the search

  • Our replacement guarantee will be for 60 days and all candidates will be offered exclusively to your company for a period of 30 days.

Contingency:

Project:

We refer candidates who most closely match your company’s requirements. Contingency search is for ongoing openings that are not urgent in nature.  Many clients select this option when a critical need does not exist, but utilization of a particular profile is constant.  The terms and conditions of contingency search are:

  • The service charge is 30% of the estimated first year’s compensation including base salary, bonuses, and commission.

  • Full payment will be due upon successful fulfillment of the search.

  • Our replacement guarantee will be 30 days.  No exclusivity of candidates is offered with this search method. 

Options Within Our Office:

Options include access to video conferencing, relocation services, cost of living reports, background screening, behavioral reference checks and the support of MRINetwork’s international network of high quality candidates.

 

When your needs are for multiple candidates in the same profile, our project search is your guaranteed option.  A project team is selected to handle all openings simultaneously, insuring quality control standards that are unsurpassed as well as timeliness in delivering a number of candidates within your time frame.  The terms and conditions of project search are:

  • Based upon the difficulty of the search

  • The availability of candidates

  • The time required for the process

  • The number of positions to be filled

  • Our replacement guarantee is 90 days.
